Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. 

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped twice per week. Orders placed by 5:00pm CST Sunday will ship Monday. Orders placed by 5:00pm CST Tuesday will ship Wednesday. Typically orders take 2-8 business days to arrive. Orders placed on a US Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Which shipping carrier will be used?
Most orders will ship via USPS. On occasion FedEx and UPS will be used.

How can I track my package?
Once an order is placed via our online shopping cart, a tracking number will be
generated and emailed to you within 24 hours.

What if I would like to get my package delivered faster?
Great news. At the time of checkout please click on “express delivery" and pay the associated express delivery charge. Your shipment will be delivered within 2 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?
While this is unlikely to happen due to the nature and strength of the product, we understand that accidents do happen. If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo within 24 hours of receiving the product please to:
along with any other details you can provide. A return label will be generated for you to send the damaged product back for refund or replacement.

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
We of course hope this doesn’t happen and you’re completely satisfied with the

Only undamaged product in its original packaging will be refunded. Refund requests will only be accepted within the first 7 business days after delivery of the product. We will issue a refund in the same fashion payment was made. Customer is responsible for generating return label and paying shipping fees.
